Beach Home on the Gulf Coast

Three kitchens and eight baths were installed in a new Beach Home on the coast of Florida. The original plans called for all kitchens and baths to be the same. We designed different kitchen and bath plans for each floor of the home. Cabinet, granite, and appliance costs for the home equaled 20 percent of the cost of the home. The home appraised for 300 percent more than the cost of the home. The Builder and Investor were more than pleased by the value added and the profit made to the home by the kitchens and baths.
